Duty Calls

Last Saturday I attended the launch of the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal in Gloucester City, that evening I did my first evening shift on the Poppy Stand at TESCO Brockworth. Since then, I've done 3 more evenings, one more to go at that location. On Saturday and Sunday I'll be doing 9-11 at the Southbound Gloucester services, becoming quite famous for its fresh produce and very environmental building and practices. 
The picture shows me and Julie on duty this evening. Julie, and her partner Phil, are also in the RBL Riders branch. Other riders are manning poppy stands at other locations including Sainsbury's at Gloucester Quays, and all over the country.
