A gathering of leaves - plus exit sign

Today I have walked:

(1) to the supermarkets and back
(2) to the Western General Hospital and back
(3) to the main library of the University of Edinburgh and back

For (2) I was visiting my friend Kate as she undergoes chemotherapy to treat the recurrence of the cancer for which she was treated in early 2020. For (3) I was at the opening of an exhibition of bookbinding called 'A gathering of leaves'. This was at the invitation of my friend Melissa. I have blipped one of the cabinets of books - plus the reflection of an exit sign.

Our bathroom refurbishment has now reached the stage of readiness for tiling. The tiler arrives first thing tomorrow morning.

Exercise today: walking (24,552 steps).
