A busy day with tradesmen, making decisions about the renos, and trying to work out what's wrong with the central heating.
It seems difficult to diagnose, but first up we're replacing a gizmo that will take three weeks to arrive, and if that doesn't work we'll replace the pump and lastly the boiler.
Let's hope the gizmo does the trick as it's the cheapest option.
And it's cold.
This pretty woman is the new proprietor of a coffee shop in town. It seems Blackheath can absorb any number of coffee shops.
The big advantages of this one, aside from the charming staff, is that it's snug and warm, very important at this time of the year.
This is another photo for my project on Blackheath businesses, though in the collection they're all in living colour.
I've been a bit slack lately, and as several businesses have changed hands, I'd better get a wriggle on.
