My garden is still throwing up the occasional treasure. These carrots are juicy and sweet; much better than anything I've ever bought from a supermarket.

A busy day at school and then a fun photoshoot with a woman who assured me that she 'wasn't photogenic'. It turned out that she was very lovely and not at all hard to photograph once I had her talking about things she enjoyed.

Helping B find a photo for his mum's funeral flyer thing. It's sad looking through the photos, but good too, seeing her in happier times. The funeral's on Friday, so we have to get a move on with finding the right photo. The problem is that she didn't like having her photo taken and would avoid cameras at all costs.

Sipping a cool Sav blanc with Rae and keeping warm. It's good to be surrounded by friends and sleeping animals.
