Another howling storm , the place is sodden, with fields and roads flooded . This very handsome lad has been rescued by my friend Susan , he's been wandering around in the next village for the last 2 days. He’s anxious but coping and he likes me , I’ve been loved, licked and snuggled by him, whilst he’s politely indifferent to the other kind humans at Susans . I feel very honoured :0)
Vet checked him and he has no chip, is a little thin, but clean and well behaved. Hopefully someone is really missing him and the word will be getting around the village by now. I’d love to take him home, but the dog and the husband wouldn’t !
I didn’t read the news yesterday and have, for various reasons decided to make it No news November. See how it feels to not be exposed to the doom, gloom and circus that just keeps on coming and usually just makes me feel bad or helpless. In village life news travels fast , so I’ll hear anything important soon enough!
