A huge workforce has been deployed for the last 3 days in resurfacing Bartlow Road & they have done a quick and excellent job.

Even despite the dramatic hailstorm yesterday which froze the tarmac too quickly in one section before they had rolled it and it had to be torn out and re-done today.

Finishing touches outside our house this afternoon.

I recognised the Mohican from A Cambridge Diary, whom I follow and admire.  As I was taking a photo of him he said "funnily enough I had my photo taken 2 days ago by a chap who takes a photo every day....."  Ha!
