‘Dawn over Inverleith Pond 07:31 GMT’

One of the advantages of the clocks going back last weekend is that the sun now rises earlier. 

Unfortunately, the effect is short lived - in a couple of weeks we’ll be back to where we were before - at this latitude the mornings become progressively darker, with the murkiness lasting well past 9 o’clock by the end of December! 

But I am determined to make the most of the this temporary reprieve and have been out every morning so far this week to take advantage of it!
