A morning of heavy rain and gale force gusts.
Total deluge by lunchtime.
One torrential spell turned our road into a river with water coursing down the sides of the road in cascades over 6 feet wide on both sides. It eventually lessened and stopped.
After 1.30pm there was a clear spell and Fergus got his walk.
We saw 2 concentric intensely coloured rainbows within the area of the loch - no camera !
