Stodmarsh

Backblip ( Sept 2nd )
We went to Stodmarsh near Canterbury today. Lovely weather and a good walk round the Nature Reserve. Plenty to see including lots of dragon and damselflies. There was not much water at the Reed hide. There were some geese, heron and other waders to far out to id.
Saw the Marsh Harriers from the Tower hide.They were hunting over the rushes.
We had lunch at a nearby pub the other side of the reserve. Mum had her favourite, scampi and chips, I had a Mediterranean tart.
We had a quick look at the river and spotted this boat with Andy Pandy and Lobby Loo :)
