Little Blue Heron

Kayaked on the Silver River with Joann.  I don't even have my kayak out of storage yet...grabbed her extra one and got out there.  Perfect day on the water and I went swimming.  Now I have landed in Florida!
This heron decided to hang with us at lunch time.  We were sitting in our boats, chatting, opening coolers, rustling around and the heron stayed, chasing insects, even caught a lizard and ate right beside us.  I was honored.
