A Drizzly Cinco De Mayo

Change of plans - no Carne Asada on the grill. I ended up making Chicken and Spinach Enchaladas instead.
Household members wolfed down appetizers while I made the enchiladas and Dev blended the margaritas. Nevermind that everybody wasn't there yet.
