Willow path
Today has been hot! I went out walking for two and a half hours without a coat, the first time for many months.
I don't find the bright sun good for photography: the sea was too blue, the grass too green and the gorse too golden.
I liked this though: these willows were pleached (laid for a hedge) a few years back and the bent boughs have sent up vertical shoots alongside a path of smooth round stones taken from the shingle beach to which it leads. Human agency shaping natural materials.
Came home to find one son mowing the grass, the other son digging the garden. Human agency shaping natural materials.
