Penzance

We managed to catch half an hour’s sunshine in Penzance. There was an almighty thunderstorm later while we were having lunch in a cafe. 
We had a Chinese meal from from Sainsbury for dinner, a rare occasion when we have a ready meal. It took some time to suss out how to use the oven as it’s electric and we have gas at home.
The physio that came to my house recently said “Do all old people eat ready meals?”  She needs to brush up on her bedside manner. She pointed out a) I was old and b) assumed I was lazy. I cook everything from scratch as a rule. OK rant over. See you tomorrow.
