Hope for the Future

The seeds of a massive Southern Magnolia growing near the room where the sessions were held. I have gathered some of the cones to see if we can germinate any of them on our Land. They are native to the southeastern United States, and the Institute where we've stayed was founded by an American in the 70's; you can clearly see the love that was lavished on the place.

My last translation session finished after 7pm, loved feeling useful, but admit to feeling just a little tired... 

Gratefuls:
- that this gathering was so worthwhile; mistakes acknowledged and forgiven, lessons learned, action steps agreed upon to go forward in a hopefully better way, and relationships restored; what could be better?
- a beautifully clear and sunny day (yesterday was humid and very changeable); could see the Tagus shining in the distance
- Mike and the Director's wife making us a rather more tasty dinner; only the Brits left now; Mike is taking one of them to the airport before 5am, so we're staying another night
