Fra Angelico

Our monthly Arts Society lecture was about Fra Angelico. 

I’ve blipped our venue before, The Hub, a church that has been repurposed very successfully. 

He’s a painter I’ve heard of, but never really knew much about him. You know that sort of guilty and ignorant feeling ?

Our lecturer was interesting and clear and it was lovely to meet up with friends. The horrendous downpour did interrupt and we were all pleased not to be out in it. 

November already,  and our next get together is for a visit to a historic home and our Christmas Dinner…..
