Park and climb

Sometimes in life you just have to park your little bike at the side of the mountain and climb to the top to see the view.

Well that's what Little Miss S was up to today on our family walk. It wasn't really a mountain though, it was just a pile of stones at Almondell country park. All 3 kids played there for ages pretending they were mountain explorers.

It was good to get out as a family though even if it was just for a couple of hours in the afternoon. The BBQ got paid too at Almondell which is something else ticked off the list.

Do I have a list? Actually, no I don't. I'm not a lists kind of person. I just place everything neatly in my head and then eventually my head gets too full that it explodes everywhere and I think to myself, I really should start doing a list.
