Autumn phacelia

I LOVE phacelia - it's been doing wonders with my heavy clay soil and worms love it as much as bees!

One of the things it has going for it is that it germinates at very low temperatures and isn't a fussy green manure... It's survived many frosts on the allotment. 

This was my potato bed and it's lovely to see phacelia thriving there.
