Wild Lupins

Today started sunny and calm, but after lunch a very strong wind came up, which made my afternoon stroll unpleasant.

I started the day with a cuppa and scone with the church ladies, 8 of us there today.  I walked home via the lake, which is where I got this photo.  The yellow Lupins are looking good at the moment.  That's Mt Iron in the background.  After lunch I had a very windy walk, so was pleased that I already had today's photo done.
