Halloween

Friend Helen and I made the most of the short lived sunshine this morning and walked a circuit of St Ives followed up with toasted teacakes at the Cafe and much chat.

Rachael came at noon and made my feet feel wonderful and then it was an afternoon of wrestling with the newsletter before it was ready for proof reading by Tony, uploading to the Club website and mailing to the printing company.

I just had time to carve my cat pumpkin before I dug out the headtorch for the first Hobble in the dark of the season.  This means we will now be restricted to the streets for some time so I was pleased we got in several off road runs in recent weeks.
