PD day at preschool so Kiddo and I had a whole day to ourselves. Kiddo brought the finger paint to the kitchen table and painted away. We watched cartoons and played with blocks for a while.
After that we walked to the city farm nearby and petted the rabbits (see extra) and went on a horse-drawn carriage ride. I think I overdid it a bit and that I'm starting to catch a cold. Im so tired. The body aches a bit. But Kiddo was happy. And now they are asleep. Freshly bathed, and with a belly full of pasta. The stuffed kitty in a tender grip. Their calm breath. Dark eyelashes resting against downy cheeks. Completely safe.
