Another fine mess you've gotten me into.....

Whoops!
My poor Victoria sponge now looks like a sloppy mess. It's all my own fault though. I couldn't wait for it to cool properly before I put the cream on, so now the cream has melted and oozed everywhere.... :-/

Still, it tastes ok! :-)

*Note to self: Need more patience!
