Nightingale Walk

After a late start (I slept until gone 10!) I joined Ellie for birthday bingo and then went to visit my parents for dinner and we took Mum out on a random Nightingale Walk at Fingringhoe Wick which is across the river Colne from where they live in Wivenhoe.
It was quite an interesting and unique experience and ended with this pretty sunset.

We heard a Cuckoo and several Nightingales (and saw one!).
