Just Do It

We had a lovely stroll though the autumnal Odenwald.
During a picknick at the river Mömling I spotted this car and it has to be my blip, because I love the writing:
Just do it - it could get good 
(It's a bit of my motto) 
And if you have a look at the extra, you'll realise it could also be Teba's motto :-D

Now I was very curious what the meaning of the sign with runes is.
The writing around the circle means:
FUVARCGVHNIJYPZSTBEMLQOD or BRMLQODFUVARCGVHNIJPZST
???
Is there anyone out there who can translate runes?
