Grey

I was awake early and couldn’t get back to sleep so made tea and scrolled for a bit. I decided on a walk despite the rain and was pleased my coat was waterproof. My normal circuit was muddy. disappointingly most of the apples had been picked and I could only find a small one to munch on the way round. Home to push the hoover round then tea and toast and a chat with K. The rain was clearing so we decided on a drive to Sheffield Park. We always get lost and today was no different. The car park was packed and we wondered by we visited on a Sunday when we are retired! However we had a nice walk and the obligatory tea and cake ( or coffee and cheese scone). Home for dinner and sport on tv and a couple of episodes of This is Us which we are both enjoying. Acceptable distracting day.
