No Escape Now

Inductee a new starter to the team today, he's our new Group SHE Manager and we're finally going to move forward again after a wasted three or four years.

We're on the same wavelength and he is someone who has an eye on the future as well as now.  He's going to fit in well and I can finally get on with my job and not have to backfill it.

A late journey home but a good day.
