Table tennis

The Mairie has installed three of these table tennis tables in the village. I walk past them every time I go to the tennis courts and I have never once seen them being used. That is such a shame. We rang the bells nicely this morning. The service was followed by a long PCC meeting to confirm that shut upwe would take our heating proposals to the council for approval on Thursday and to consider the possibility of funding a shared chaplain between three neighbouring departments. The problem is that we don't really have the funds but I and the other churchwarden cannot continue taking services and running the church forever. In the afternoon I played tennis against James who is a better player than me. He won the match on a tiebreak but I was glad to have at least won one set.
