Easy Life

The hustle & bustle of the weekend is fading, Mrs S was off and we decided to take it easy and enjoy the day.
Walking Paddy is probably the only consistent in my days and I enjoy it. We have not had him two years yet but he is great company. The bench in todays Blip is around three quarters of the way round our regular walk and as we approach it Paddy slows expecting me to sit down.
I often do, although it’s only metres from the road it’s quiet and peaceful.

The evening brought the monthly Royal Naval Association meeting, the business of the meeting was followed by bingo or tombola as it’s known in the Navy.
