Incoming!

We decided that this pair of acorn shaped feeders would look more ornamental on the shepherd's crook nearest the house and of course all birds gave them short shrift for at least a week.  Then of course the tits decided that not only were they safe but may have noticed that bigger birds keep away as they are rather dainty shall we say and swing scarily when a heavier bird decides to land.  This little blue tit was having a good time coming and going to feed on the peanuts.  I was pleased to capture him in flight but not so happy that the feeders are rather more in focus than he is!
