St Leonard's Church, Bridgnorth

A quick snap taken before driving back up to Edinburgh. We'd stopped off so I could buy a butter bun (not sure if they're a Shropshire thing, but certainly none in Edinburgh) from Catherine's Bakery; of course, being a bank holiday, it was shut.

This is a shot up towards St Leonard's Church from Bridgnorth High Street. The church is set in a lovely close, and I've always preferred it to the Thomas Telford-designed St Mary's which sits at the other end of Bridgnorth's High Town.

Not a day to be stuck in the car, what with such glorious weather, but always good to get home to the cat and my own bed. Still not in the best mood, but at least it's not getting worse.
