Barrell Racing 101

We were very proud of Miss Molly in her first event after only 4 lessons in the saddle. Her teacher was impressed and had her entered in the barrel racing for the 3-8 yr olds.  There was at least one who was 3 whose helmet kept slipping down over her nose. It was great watching all the kids and Molly came in 6th and was rewarded a ribbon.  I couldn't believe how well she sat her saddle.  A great day and an early dinner at Olive garden.
