I went for the group’s end of the month long bike ride today - 70 miles with a super cafe at Cambourne new town on the edge of Cambridge. I’d left some ciabatta dough to do it’s thing back home so once I’d recovered a bit I got baking, making good use of the oven for a batch of pitta bread and a granary loaf too.
