Stocking up

Woke just before 8 and thought it was better to get going than fester in bed. Luckily A’s mum and dad (Ian and Carol) and her brother (Murray) had arrived at a more civilised time so there were enough supplies for breakfast.

We headed to the pool complex and enjoyed a couple of hours lounging in and around the lazy river before heading back to the villa. A quick trip to the local supermarket to pick up bread and other things for lunch and I got to drive my son’s car back to the villa. I need to take it back to Tampa when we head home as they’re staying in with A’s parents for a few days and won’t need two cars.

We headed to the big Walmart after lunch where I spotted this stand of costumes for dogs! Picked up pizzas and salads for dinner and met up with M&A who had gone to the county clerks office to pick up their marriage license.,

Home for a few drinks and chat before pizza.
