Saturday = Parkrun

After a Linhouse loop with H this morning I darted down to Parkrun for my 197th run.

I decided to photograph the photographer (see extra for result) and this lady I’m running with is actually his wife.

Popped in for a gym session after before headed home via grocery shopping to see what’s planned for the rest of the day.
