Cake making

Today cake making was high in the agenda. We did make quite a lot of sticky mess but the girls had a super time making these delightful little cakes. They did just about all of it themselves, the weighing, mixing and distribution into the cases. I was in charge of the oven! They also chose the colour of the icing although I had to handle the colour tubes to mix it or I think most of the kitchen would have been purple! Considering the process the cakes turned out exceedingly good!
