Brambles

Spotted these brambles, just a few left now, a lot have been picked and the birds have had some too.

It was rather a wild morning, rain and high wind.  We opted to do our food shopping, and thought we would probably not be out again as it was rather wild, but in the afternoon the sun came through and we decided on a walk at the loch.  Bob had a short one, and I did several rounds, so was well satisfied.  As usual, met friends on the way, and enjoyed some chat.  Bumped into one friend with her eighteen month old great granddaughters, twins, and I really should have blipped them, but was too busy talking.

Came home for coffee and a bit of fruit cake, and Emma came round for a wee catch up and it was lovely to hear her news.
