Clouds

Took the dog for a walk this evening after work and he was scampering about I heard something unusual in the distance. It was a diesel engine - which is not usual in France - but it didn't sound typical. Then over the hedge I could see a tall bus moving, which is odd as the hedge is atll small and all the local buses are single decks I shouldn't be able to see so much. Anyhow the bus turned and came along side so I was able to take a rubbish picture through the hedge (see extra). After a check on-line I was able to confirm it was a Leyland double decker, right-hand drive, I'm not sure of the model but I think it's probably an Olympian. I'd forgotten how different an old Leyland sounds compared to a French bus.

The dog wasn't bothered by this little bit of bus spotting, and carried on sniffing and running. The light was blocked by this big ugly looking cloud, so I took a picture of that, which is a bit more interesting as my main picture
