Unexpected encounter

I had a lovely blustery walk with friends this morning out to Pembrey old harbour and then into Burry Port for coffee. Sue and I walked home along the canal path and were surprised to meet this horse. It’s owner is a law unto herself and has the habit of letting it loose to please itself and then going in search of it later. Today however it was tethered up to the bank, hopefully not in danger of falling into the canal. We had misjudged just how much rain has fallen recently and ended up wading through long deep puddles so I arrived home with sodden shoes and socks ! Extra is a view towards Gower.
