Day break

Totally missed yesterday, couldn't even back blip as I didn't take a photo.
Work was ultra busy as I found I was on my own and stuff had been left from the day before as my boss was training up someone to cover the weekend.
Despite feeling absolutely shattered I still took Dina mantrailing.
When I finally got home diarrhoea reared its head and bed beckoned.
After an uncomfortable night did manage to drag myself into work (as no one else around) did the necessary and asked the COO if I could leave.
Got home and more sleep, hopefully feel better in the morning.
Dogs have been very good despite not having a proper walk
