It's taken me a week to get round to loading this one up. Manchester marathon. This is taken by Lucy at 9 miles, when I was flying, first half in PB time, flying til 15. Then the pain hit at about 19. Not sure where my head went for a while there, came through at Stretford as I turned for home with Old Trafford in my sights, it seemed to sit on the horizon for far too long, and then by some sort of magic I was home and couldn't even walk once I'd stopped.

Next question do I want to do another? If I am asking the question then I probably know the answer. Time for some fun first though....... Where's my bike, sorry I've neglected you.....
