Beach Daisy
We took ourselves out a hill walk amongst the heathers and heath this morning, out to a reservoir above Durness. We saw an unusual little bird which we later identified as a Wheatear, a reasonably rare spot according to the RSPB website.
Later in the afternoon we went a walk with just Daisy onto Ceannabeinne Beach. She needs tiring out the most. She was loving chasing the ball on the huge beach, unimpeded by other dogs. She is soaking wet and covered in sand from head to toe in the shot. Some serious brushing of her coat was needed when we got home!
