Hornet's nest

Three of us went  out into the countryside today to meet up with an elderly friend who was visiting her daughter.  She is only down for a week and today we were all free so put together a picnic, had a lovely sunny drive over the moor to enjoy a meal and a good chat!
The garden shed is not in use at the moment due to this huge hornet's nest which has been constructed therein. It is a work of art - so beautifully made.  There are still a few hornets home; most have died off. It won't be long before the queen goes into hibernation hopefully, then the shed can be reused!
