Dog tired!

Today was beautiful, and one of the hottest days so far...we (me, Louise, George & Emma C) started our morning with a hearty stroll of 10 miles along the Thames Path and it was fabulous!

I must admit, I was still aching from Saturday's Bootcamp and my 5k yesterday, but it was most enjoyable and we chatted rubbish all the way from mine to Deptford & back.

Anyway, here's George (also feeling exhausted), chilling in the garden with me & James whilst he cooked us a splendid BBQ...bliss
