Quiet day

We've had a very traumatic week-end. My better half left his medication at a friend's when we were visiting, so spent yesterday afternoon at the local hospital getting an emergency prescription! He called in our son's house, where we are 'housesitting', only to leave the house keys in the house!! ( Now have to wait for the glazier to come and replace window!!) The weather is awful today-rain and wind. So our holiday, which began so well, is going downhill fast. But.... things can only get better! So, we are staying in today, with a variety of reading material. I just love Jodi Picoult's books.
