Like a Firework

I took my camera to the park this morning to get a snap of my robin (in extras), the trees on the bank were lit up by the sun on the other side of the river.

I went to lunch with the other members of the defunct Derby Photographic Society.  We went to the pub nearest to my house, which was handy.  I had a whopping great fish and chips and I got us a whopping great £37 of the bill with my meerkat app, which was also handy. 

In other news, a pigeon crashed into the window next to my laptop while trying to escape the clutches of a bird of prey.  The hawk(?) sat on the gate for a little while but not long enough for me to grab my camera.
