Cup Winners....

It was end of the season Presentation evening and a great opportunity for David, Shane and I to thank all the boys and their parents for making the last 8 months so amazing....

....our focus this season has been about team stability, growing the squad and learning about each other as people and players....we've not won many games but the fun we've had along the way has been immeasurable.

We've trained hard and given 100% commitment in every match.

It was lovely to celebrate with the boys, they all got a players medal and a few won trophy's for player of the year, supporters favourite, players favourite and most improved....but the best moment of the evening came, when out of the blue....we were awarded the Hardwicke FC "Team of the Year"....!!

None of us saw that coming in a million years....I am so proud of our team....they really are an example to other lads of their age for the spirit they bring to the beautiful game.

Every one of the boys is a credit to their teammates and their families. They all work extremely hard for each other in matches, whatever the prevailing score and they ALWAYS leave the pitch with a smile :)
