I had an endoscopy months ago and today I had my telephone consultation regarding the results.
I have Barrett's Oesophagus and so need to stay on PPIs permanently. I also need an endoscopy every 2 to 3 years to keep on eye on developments. 
I went for a walk but it was so blustery that the only activity was squirrels.
I've put ALL my Halloween decorations up. Tomorrow I will carve a pumpkin.
