Murmuration

Back down in Galloway for a short final trip of the year and our first stop was down to our beach (extra image) where inspections were carried to check that the sea was behaving in the correct manner and we wished it well till we can return at some point in the New Year. The main image was taken at dusk from our friends house looking south at a murmuration of starlings (we think). The display lasts for about 20-30 minutes and is quite spectacular. Even managed a short video of the display.
