My Horse Chestnut Tree is in blossom at last

The horse chestnut tree at the front of my house blossoms every year faithfully in April, but this year it's branches remained bare, with no sign of leafing as well, I was getting rather worried that the old faithful tree had popped its pods or conkers, I was overjoyed to see beautiful blossoms appear today on the nicest bank holiday for years with clear blue skies, and the leaves had sprouted to full plumage after being so spindley when they first appeared the beginning of May. :)
