Diwali and meeting

I attended a meeting with mum today. The discussion was about her earthquake rebuilt house and correcting the faulty title. There were three options to discuss and a decision was reached eventually. The process will still take a long time to resolve. At least 60 working days to get council consent to begin work to correct the errors. Sigh. 
When leaving the council offices I noticed this colourful display which is part of the Diwali festival.
