Union Canal at Hailesland

I've been feeling so rubbish the last few weeks that I haven't been out on the bike at all, but with only two weeks until the Lakes weekend, I needed to do a few miles. So, twelve miles, 90 minutes - dead slow, nothing in the legs, strong wind and a long uphill haul at the end. Still, I managed it; but how I'll do 35 miles of hills I have no idea!

Took the camera and took the grand total of two photos. Says something about the energy quotient I think...
